Gina Franz joins POV with 6 years of sports marketing and digital/social agency experience. Most recently, she spent two years with GKV Advertising working in public relations and social media management for various local and national brands. Brands included Chock full o'Nuts, Aerotek, and Maryland Physicians Care. While at GKV, she also managed the grassroots marketing for the Baltimore Ravens' efforts with Maryland Lottery game-day ticket sales.
Previously, Gina spent four seasons with the MLS Philadelphia Union in the sponsorship sales and service department. During her time at the Union, she helped design successful marketing and sales initiatives that connected the client’s brand and marketing objectives with the fan base. Clients included Independence Blue Cross, Dunkin' Donuts, ACME Markets, Herr’s and SNHU among others. With ACME's partnership, Gina helped launch the Union's first ever mascot. Before joining the Union, her career began with a one-year post-grad internship in the corporate sales and service department at the Philadelphia Eagles.
Gina graduated from Penn State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in recreation, parks, and tourism management.
Originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, Gina currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
